Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We are committed to providing you with the best quality products. This covers how they fit you and the performance of the product as a whole. We offer returns and exchanges for any order within 30 days. We also offer returns for store credit within the first 100 days. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return.

We are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. All international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes customs/duties and fees. If you would like to make a return or exchange internationally, please email info@cheegs.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer exchanges for a different size in the same shirt style for all unworn/unaltered items within 100 days of your delivery date (U.S. orders only).

We are unable to exchange items for a different style, if you need a new shirt style you will need to return your items for a refund and then place a new order for the updated styles.
Your exchange order will ship after the original order has been received and processed by our team.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to process and be shipped once it has been received by our warehouse team.

How do I return and/or exchange my order?

You will receive an email with next steps once your return has been received, processed, and inspected by our team. Your new item(s) and refund will be processed within 7 business days of being returned back to our warehouse.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
Once your order has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange item(s) or refund to be issued. (Please note that orders are only shipped out Monday-Friday).
Refunds are allocated back to your original form of payment used for purchase.
When will my exchange ship?

Can I exchange for a different style item?
Unfortunately this is not possible. When processing an exchange an item can only be exchanged for a new size of the same style shirt, a different style or color shirt cannot be selected for an exchange. Exchanges are also only possible for a size update of the exact same item. If you would like a different style shirt you will need to return your item and purchase the updated style in a new order. Click here to start a return using our portal. You can return for store credit and easily exchange for a new style.
International orders
Does Cheegs ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays) Please note we can not control and are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping options
Customs policies vary by country however, when placing an international order there are 3 options for shipment:
1. Free Shipping (Order Over $200USD - 8-14 Days) - (Duties/Taxes May Apply)
2. Priority Shipping - 8-14 Business Days
3. Express Shipping - up to 7 days

Why are the custom charges based on the non-sale price of items?
Custom and tax policies vary by country and we do not control the customs and taxes countries impose on orders, apologies. For additional details regarding custom and tax policies in your area we recommend reaching out to your country's taxation and customs department.

How should I care for my Cheegs?
Best Practices
Check the care and content label located on the inside of the Cheegs product for specific information on how to care for your Cheegs item. Machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry is always best; low temperature dryer setting when unable to air dry. This helps protect the life and the shape of your Cheegs. We also always recommend washing your item(s) before wear.
Wash Like with Like
We recommend that you: wash like colors with like colors. Do NOT mix colors in the wash. Wash white shirts ONLY with other white shirts. Wash bright color shirts ONLY with other bright color shirts. Wash dark color shirts ONLY with other dark color shirts.
Cheegs and Fabric Softener and/or Bleach Don’t Mix Well Avoid using fabric softener or bleach when washing your Cheegs because it coats the fabric and can cause it to break down.
Do NOT Dry Clean or Iron Your Cheegs Products
How to unsubscribe?
We are sorry to see you go. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list by selecting "unsubscribe" at the bottom of all of our emails. You can unsubscribe from our text messages by texting "STOP" to the number that sends you the messages.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Our estimates of average delivery times are based upon information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances that can occur while the order is in transit.
During promotions and holidays, shipments may be delayed slightly due to higher than normal order volumes.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order through the tracking link sent in your shipped confirmation email.

How to remove stains?
The key is to jump on that stain as early as possible, the same day is always best. The less time a stain has to soak in, the easier it will be to remove it. Stains include things such as sweat, oils, personal care products, food, beverages, and more.
Pre-treat stains with a stain remover, we find “Shout Set in Stain Scrubber" works best, then let the stain remover soak into the stain for about 10-20 minutes.
Wash the item according to the fabric care instructions located on the black/white tag located at the bottom of the item, instructions may differ by product. If the stain remains, repeat the steps above.
Hang dry the item if possible however, if you must use a dryer do not put the item in the dryer until the stain is removed.
What Is the currency used for the pricing?
Prices for all of our items are listed in USD. We recommend verifying the current exchange rate in case you want to know the amount of your purchase in your local currency.
Note: Some banks charge a conversion fee when handling transactions in foreign currencies. Cheegs is not responsible for any fees.
Where does Cheegs ship from?
Orders are shipped from Minneapolis, MN.
Discount codes & promotions
Only one promo and/or discount code can be applied to an individual order, no exceptions. Please make sure to sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about all Cheegs special events and promotions.
Order processing & shipping
Cheegs orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays). Estimated shipping times do not include the 24-48 hours of warehouse processing time.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
No, you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has been placed it cannot be updated. As soon as you place your order it is immediately locked into our processing system which allows us to get your new Cheegs sent out to you right away.
The following are examples of order updates that cannot be updated after an order has been placed.
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Shipping method
- Size
- Item color
- Item Style
- Number of items in order
- Order cannot be cancelled
Can I combine multiple promo and/ or discount codes?
Only one promo and/or discount code can be applied to an individual order, no exceptions.
Promo and discount codes are one-time use only and if the items in an order where a discount or promo code was used are returned or canceled the code cannot be applied to a new order; the code is forfeited.

My order says it was delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We know these things can be frustrating. Sometimes the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" prematurely. If you give it 3-5 business days, often times the package will turn up. It's also helpful to ask your neighbors if the package was accidentally delivered to them.
If there is still no trace of your delivery please contact your local post office, not the carrier hotline. The local post office will be able to provide you with details surrounding the delivery because they are given responsibility of the package once we have handed it to them for delivery.

Can I add to my order after I have placed it?
Orders cannot be updated after they have been placed. For the safety of our customers we do not save payment information and therefore we are unable to add items to an order.
Where is my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days, after your order has been marked as delivered back to us, for the refund to appear in your account. If after 10 business days, from the time the order is marked as delivered back to us, the refund still has not been received, please check with your bank. If the bank can not locate the funds, please contact us at info@cheegs.com.
Where is my Cheegs gift card?
The Cheegs gift card is an e-gift card that is sent to your email address. If you do not see the Cheegs e-gift card in your inbox please check your spam/junk folder as the email sometimes ends up there. If you are still unable to locate your Cheegs e-gift card, please reach out to us by emailing info@cheegs.com to go to our Contact Us form.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for US orders that are $150USD (subtotal) and above and for international shipping the free shipping threshold varies depending on your location. If a discount or promo code is used on an order, the order must remain above the minimum in order to qualify for free shipping.

Can items in my order go out of stock after I order?
Unfortunately yes. Our system is fast however, sometimes not fast enough. Out of stocks can occur after your order has been placed. When this occurs a member of our Cheegs team will reach out to you to see if you would like to update the color or size of the item to one that is in stock or if you would like the out of stock item to be canceled and refunded. Only color and size changes can be made for out of stock items, a different style cannot be selected. We apologize for the inconvenience when this occurs.
Why was my free gift with the purchase not added to my order?
In order for the free gift with purchase item to be added to your order, once you hit the minimum spend, you must manually select the item at check out. If the item is not selected at checkout, it cannot be added to an order after it has been placed. Please note that these items are only available while supplies last and in some cases they can go out of stock after your order has been placed during the 3-5 day warehouse processing time.
How should I store my Cheegs?
Shirts can be folded or hung however, if you decide to hang the shirts the hangers with padding or felt touch will go a long way in preventing bumps from developing on the shirts.
Are your items ethically made?
Yes, definitely! Our shirts are a reflection of us and that means from start to finish the shirts are made with and in the best way possible. Ethics are a top priority and we ensure our shirts reflect that.
Can I edit my order?
We only have the ability to edit your address on the order within the first 20 minutes after your purchase is completed. If you need to edit the item(s) purchased we'll have to proceed with a cancellation and you can repurchase the correct item(s) as long as the request is caught within the first 20 minutes.
Sustainability
Our products are not plastic-free. Our shirts are made from fabric that is made using recycled plastic.
Here are just a few of the steps we are taking when addressing our planet:
- Evaluating our footprint currently using footprint calculators provided by the industry for analysis.
- From the beginning we focused on minimizing our footprint. This means minimizing waste, recycling and keeping up with newer more sustainable fabrics that last.
- Offsetting our limited carbon impact through energy projects so we are left with zero net carbon emissions.
- We are committed to carbon neutrality and will keep looking at the newest and greatest fabrics that can serve our planet. This can be from using biodegradable products, organic products, or through products that outlast those products.
- We maintain a streamlined supply chain to reduce shipping costs.
Why is your business attire collarless?
Collared shirts have been one of the only options in business attire for too long. At Cheegs we design our business shirts for optimal comfort and we found that to be collarless. In getting rid of the collar we were left with a style that is sleek and versatile. We are not likely to design collared shirts anytime soon.
