We are committed to providing you with the best quality products. This covers how they fit you and the performance of the product as a whole. We offer returns and exchanges for any order within 30 days. We also offer returns for store credit within the first 100 days. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return.

International Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. All international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes customs/duties and fees. If you would like to make a return or exchange internationally, please email info@cheegs.com.

How Can I Pay?

We accept Paypal, American Express, Mastercard and VISA. Our credit card processor is Stripe, which has been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider; this is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Please note that all purchases will be charged in USD.

What Is the Currency Used for the Pricing?

Prices for all of our items are listed in USD. We recommend verifying the current exchange rate in case you want to know the amount of your purchase in your local currency.

Note: Some banks charge a conversion fee when handling transactions in foreign currencies. Cheegs is not responsible for any fees.

Can I Change My Order Once Placed?

Once the order is placed the only way to change it is by contacting us directly at info@cheegs.com. We are open Monday-Friday. Make sure to contact us quickly as we cannot change the order once it has shipped.

How Do Promo Codes Work?

Simply enter the coupon code on the website at the checkout page when prompted. Only one discount code may be used per order. Save any others you have for your next order.

 

 

SHIPPING

Fulfillment Times

We are dealing with Covid and we understand how this can impact our mail carrier partners as well as our fulfillments. Given the situation, packages may be delayed up to 6 days. If you have questions or concerns please contact us at info@cheegs.com. We appreciate your understanding and wish all of our community is able to stay safe during these times we are enduring.

Typical fulfillment happens within 24-72 business hours. This does not include our pre-order campaign. Our fulfillment hours are between 9am-4pm CST, Monday thru Friday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Upon shipping of your order you will get confirmation and a tracking number. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@cheegs.com. Please understand that we cannot make changes to your order after it’s been shipped, so adjustments need to be made quickly.

International Shipping

Due to Covid-19 there are unknown service disruptions that may occur. Please bear with us as we will do everything in our power to make it work when we can.

General Delivery Times: (approximate):

  • $15 Flat Rate DDU Shipping (Duties/Fees Not Included) - Up to 21 Business Days
  • $25 Flat Rate DDP Shipping (Duties/Fees Included) - Up to 10 Business Days*
  • Priority Shipping - Up to 14 Business Days
  • Express Shipping - Up to 7 Business Days

These times are estimates and vary based on country, customs and order size. Tracking may not be available after the package leaves US customs and can be held at your local post office/customs office for duty payments. Cheegs is not able to mark international packages differently to change the commercial invoice (packing slip). If you place your order online, with the exception of our DDP option, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges which are due at the time of delivery.

DDP shipping (delivery duty paid) means that import taxes and duties will be included in the shipping cost. This is only available to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Please note - pre-orders from launch may be handled differently and please refer to the original shipping statement on the Kickstarter campaign.

Canada

If Canada is the selected shipping destination, duties/taxes will be reimbursed in a store credit. Please email info@cheegs.com with your order number and copy of the paid customs invoice.

Lost/ Stolen Packages

Cheegs is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. By accepting our Terms of Service you hereby agree to indemnify and hold Cheegs harmless from any lost or stolen claims. Once the package enters the hands of the courier our control over that package is limited. However, in the event of a lost or stolen package we will work with you and put forth our best effort to help track down your package.
